Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking a supplier to provide a complete roofing‑system material package for Building 309A (Central Kitchen Phase 1) at the California State Prison in Corcoran. The contract is a product‑only purchase; CDCR will perform the installation. Bidders must attend a mandatory on‑site walk‑through, submit a detailed material list, and meet extensive warranty, technical‑assistance, and security requirements. Delivery is FOB Destination with a 90‑day delivery window after PO issuance, and the State will pay invoices within 45 days of acceptance.
• Supply all roofing materials (PVC 80 mil membrane, flashings, insulation, cover boards, sealants, fasteners, metal coping, etc.) for ~16,637 sf roof area.
• Provide a 10‑year full‑system, non‑prorated warranty and 24 hours of on‑site technical assistance/training.
• Must meet FM Global wind‑uplift, UL Class A fire rating, SRI ≥ 78, and California small‑business/DVBE preferences; all personnel require gate clearance for prison access.
