This solicitation seeks a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to perform a comprehensive renovation of the urology suite at the Buffalo Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The work includes demolition of existing finishes, structural modifications, new mechanical‑electrical‑plumbing (MEP) systems, fire‑suppression upgrades, installation of a new physical access control system, and integration of new urology medical equipment. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, with a performance period of 720 calendar days from the Notice‑to‑Proceed.
