The contractor will be responsible for demolition (including asbestos removal), installation of new slip‑resistant tile flooring, hard‑lid ceilings, painting, updated plumbing with scald‑guard mixing valves, new LED lighting, way‑finding signage, and all required safety, environmental, and HIPAA compliance measures.
