Murray State University is seeking vendors to supply and service a “Tent City” for university‑wide events such as alumni tailgating. The contract covers rental of high‑peak frame tents, pole tents, tables, chairs, delivery within Kentucky, and full setup/teardown services. Vendors must be able to install tents early in the week preceding a mid‑October Saturday event and accommodate last‑minute changes. The award will be a non‑exclusive price‑contract lasting one year, with the possibility of renewal. • Provide various sizes of frame and pole tents (20×20 up to 20×60, plus 30×60 pole tent). • Supply over 1,200 white Samsonite chairs, 135 plywood tables, and 100 king‑size tables. • Deliver, set up, and break down equipment on campus, and submit receipts for truck rentals. • Offer flexibility for “water‑barreled” tent options with variable pricing.
