Description
The Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute (NVMHI) is seeking qualified vendors to deliver Intensive Community Residential Treatment (ICRT) services in a 24/7 supervised group‑home setting for adults with serious and persistent mental illness, including individuals adjudicated Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI). A mandatory site visit will be required for prospective contractors.
• Provide round‑the‑clock (24/7) supervised residential treatment in a group‑home environment.
• Serve adults with severe, persistent mental illness and those adjudicated NGRI.
• Conduct a mandatory site visit as part of the qualification process.
• Deliver services in compliance with state mental‑health regulations and NVMHI standards.
• Submit a response by the stated close date (June 10, 2026).
