The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources is soliciting sealed, lump‑sum proposals for the design‑build of a new pre‑engineered maintenance facility at the Bentonville Battlefield State Historic Site. The work includes demolition of existing structures, site preparation, construction of an enclosed building with multiple bays and storage areas, and all associated labor, materials, and equipment. The contract will be awarded to a single‑prime general contractor holding an Unlimited NC General Contractor license.
