Description
Pender County is seeking a qualified general contractor to fully renovate four residential apartments at the Seven Oaks Apartments complex in Burgaw, NC. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision to deliver move‑in‑ready units that match the quality of previously renovated apartments. The scope includes demolition, water‑damage repair, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring (carpet and luxury vinyl plank), interior doors, painting, plumbing/electrical work, final cleaning, and warranty documentation. Bids must be sealed, include a 5 % bid bond, and be submitted by October 28, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and will be a fixed‑price, performance‑bonded agreement.
• Renovate four apartments (2‑bed/2‑bath and 2‑bed/1‑bath units) – full interior demolition and rebuild.
