SOQ 26-012-Provide Landscape Architecture Services for the Marrero Revitalization Project Design Services

The Parish of Jefferson is seeking qualified firms to provide landscape architecture design services for the Marrero Revitalization Project, a neighborhood pocket park that must incorporate resiliency features such as storm‑water management, green infrastructure, and native plantings. The scope includes conceptual design, site grading, drainage improvements, bioswale and permeable walkway design, and coordination with supplemental engineering and surveying services. Compensation will be on an hourly or fixed‑fee basis, with rates subject to Jefferson Parish guidelines. • Design of a pocket park with resiliency (storm‑water, flood mitigation, green infrastructure) • Required coordination with civil, electrical, traffic, geotechnical engineers and land surveyors • Compensation either hourly (burdened rates) or negotiated fixed fee; supplemental services billed separately • Minimum qualifications: licensed landscape architect in LA with ≥5 years experience and a principal who is a licensed professional (engineer, architect, or landscape architect) • Submissions due May 12, 2026; all documents must be submitted electronically as a single PDF
