Description
The Arkansas Department of the Military is seeking a qualified consultant to provide full‑service professional architectural and engineering design for a new Consolidated C‑130J Maintenance Facility at Little Rock Air Force Base. The scope includes demolition of existing structures, site work, and the design of a 70,160 SF aircraft maintenance, fuel system, and corrosion control building, meeting DoD Unified Facilities Criteria, antiterrorism, and sustainability standards. The contract will be awarded to one firm (or a firm with sub‑consultants) on a percentage, lump‑sum, or hourly basis, depending on project phases. Interested firms must request the RFQ package and submit their qualifications by the stated deadline.
