Concession Services - Food and Beverage - Beach

The Town of Narragansett is seeking bids for concession services, specifically food and beverage, at the Narragansett Town Beach. The concession agreement will be for a five-year term, starting in May 2026 and ending in September 2030. The successful bidder will be required to provide food and beverage services to the public seven days a week from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of extended hours for special events. The concessionaire will be responsible for maintaining the concession area, providing insurance, and complying with all health and safety regulations. The minimum annual bid is $100,000, and the bid must include payments for each of the five years of the contract. • The concessionaire will be required to provide a refundable deposit of $2,000 for the purpose of repairing any damage to the concession spaces or equipment. • The concessionaire will be responsible for providing public liability insurance and naming the Town of Narragansett as an additional insured. • The concessionaire will be required to provide a financial statement certified by a public accountant at the end of each operating season. • The concessionaire will be responsible for maintaining the concession area and immediate vicinity clean and free of debris. • The concessionaire will be required to provide for professional cleaning of the exhaust hoods, ducts, and fans on an annual basis.
