Coconino County Workforce Development Area One-Stop Operator

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to obtain the services of a Subrecipient to serve as the One-Stop Operator for Coconino County under the direction of the Coconino County Workforce Development Board. The One-Stop Operator will be responsible for coordinating the service delivery of required programs, partners, and service providers, as well as managing daily operations of the One-Stop Center. Key responsibilities include providing information and access to training services, ensuring high-quality and consistent services to job seekers and employer customers, and promoting business- and industry-sector driven skilled development strategies. • The One-Stop Operator will work closely with the Coconino County Workforce Development Board to implement WIOA programs and services. • The operator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. • The operator will provide monthly reports to the Workforce Development Director and bimonthly reports to the CCWDB. • The operator will be responsible for managing fiscal responsibilities, including maintaining separate accounts for each grant or contract and submitting invoices for reimbursement. • The operator will ensure that all services are delivered in a seamless and accessible manner, minimizing duplicative processes and promoting smooth transitions between programs and services.
