Description
The State of Louisiana Office of State Procurement is seeking a vendor to supply a complete set of transmission line materials for the WLPB Channel 25 project. The scope includes 1,160 ft of 7‑3/16″ transmission line (996 ft vertical, 170 ft horizontal), hangers, O‑ring kit, gas stop, multiple transitions, fine matcher, reinforced elbows, dehydrator, feed‑through plant, system sweep, and flanges. Bidders must submit a fully‑priced, signed bid (paper or online) by the opening date, comply with all special terms, provide a W‑9 if newly registered, and meet delivery requirements as specified in the solicitation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, with the possibility of two one‑year extensions (maximum 36 months).
