Description
This solicitation issues a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for original‑manufacturer consumable supplies required for the Terumo Trima Accel blood‑collection system used by the U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research. Only Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) are eligible.
