Description
Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide end‑to‑end eBook and digital content distribution services for its K‑12 district (≈50,000 students, 67 schools). The contractor will deliver a digital reading platform that handles eBook/audiobook licensing, MARC record integration, and ongoing digital resource management. The contract term is one year with up to four optional one‑year renewals. Proposals must be submitted electronically by November 4, 2026; a non‑mandatory pre‑proposal Zoom conference is scheduled for October 7, 2026. Evaluation will consider technical approach, staff qualifications, past performance, financial capacity, cost, and small‑business participation. Respondents must demonstrate at least three years of similar experience, possess appropriate Georgia business authority, and comply with E‑Verify and other state/federal requirements. Oral presentations may be required in early December.
