Library Book Supplies

The Sherman Independent School District is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of library books, AV material, and supplies. The district is looking for qualified vendors offering discounts off of catalog/website prices, published prices, or fair market value. The approved vendors will be expected to service various school locations, including early childhood centers, alternative locations, elementary campuses, middle schools, and one high school. The contract will be awarded based on the best value for the district, considering factors such as purchase price, reputation of the vendor, quality of goods or services, and the vendor's past relationship with the district. • The contract term will be from June 6, 2024, through June 30, 2030. • Vendors must agree to hold the district harmless from liability of any nature on account of use of any copyrighted composition, secret process, patented or unpatented invention, article, or appliance furnished or used under this proposal. • The district reserves the right to reject any or all offers or to waive any informality in offers and to accept or reject any items thereon. • The successful vendor's proposal as submitted shall remain throughout the terms of this agreement.
