The Leander Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide textbooks, library books, and digital educational resources. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that best meets the district's needs, and the district reserves the right to select the awarded vendor. The contract term will be for a specific period, and the vendor will be required to provide the goods and services as specified in the contract. • The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and maintain the required insurance coverage throughout the contract term. • The vendor must comply with the district's safety regulations and procedures. • The vendor must provide a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the principal amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. • The vendor must comply with the district's terms and conditions, including those related to subcontracting, licensing, and certification.
