Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to operate an online auction platform for the disposal of surplus property. The contractor will host the auction software, manage listings, process payments, and provide related support services. The contract will run for an initial five‑year term beginning July 1 2026, with possible extensions up to seven years total.
• Provide a fully hosted online auction platform (static and dynamic bidding, multi‑lot capability, photo support, scheduling).
• Perform or coordinate photography, cataloging, and item preparation (vendor expected to handle up to ~50 % of this work).
• Deliver bidder support, training, reporting, and ensure 95 % system uptime plus PCI‑DSS Level 1 compliance.
• Transfer net auction proceeds to the State and retain commission/fees as set in the Offer Sheet.
• Maintain a dedicated account representative, respond to agency inquiries within 24 hours, and supply monthly inventory and transaction reports.
