Banking Services

The City of Flagstaff is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide banking services, including primary banking and depository services. The contract will have an initial 5-year period with the option to renew annually. The services required include deposit and disbursement activity, online banking, account analysis, and investment of bank account balances. The City is open to awarding multiple contracts to achieve the best products and services. Key personnel and experience are essential, and the Contractor must provide an Account Executive to coordinate account service and expedite problem resolution. * Banking and Depository Services: The Contractor shall act as the principal depository and banking agent for the City. * Key Personnel and Experience: The Contractor must provide experienced personnel, including an Account Executive. * Transition Plan: The Contractor must include a transition plan to ensure a smooth transition from the current bank provider. * Incident Response: The Contractor must respond to incidents in a timely manner. * Banking and Depository Deliverables: The Contractor must provide a pricing schedule and demonstrate the ability to provide required deliverables. * Online Banking Services: The bank must provide a system for online banking, including access to account information and transaction capabilities. * Investment of Bank Account Balances: The City seeks a Contractor that can invest balances in idle cash to provide additional investment income.
