WSP - Crime Lab South - Statewide

The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services is seeking a qualified Architect/Engineering (A/E) design team to provide services for the Washington State Patrol (WSP) Crime Lab South project. The project involves designing a new crime lab facility to replace existing labs and consolidate operations. The selected firm will provide schematic, design, permit, and construction drawings, as well as project manuals, bid documents, and detailed cost estimates. The project aims to achieve LEED Silver or better certification and will require experience with life cycle cost analysis, sustainable design, and diverse business inclusion strategies. • The project will involve designing a new 154,000 GSF building with various lab spaces, offices, and support areas. • The selected firm will need to demonstrate experience with crime lab design, life cycle cost analysis, and sustainable design. • The project will require compliance with Washington State's capital budget process and LEED certification requirements.
