The State of South Carolina, through its Department of Administration, is seeking a qualified landlord to provide fully‑furnished, utility‑inclusive student housing in Charleston County for the College of Charleston. The lease must accommodate at least 200 beds, meet ADA and fire‑life safety standards, include 24/7 utilities, wireless internet, HVAC, and comprehensive maintenance and security services. Lease terms may be 1, 3, 5, or 7 years, all ending on May 15 of the final year, with optional extensions and the ability for the College to adjust bed counts with 90‑day notice.
