Spring Mountain Ranch Cultural Arts Concession

The State of Nevada is seeking proposals from qualified persons and/or organizations to provide, manage, maintain, and oversee quality cultural programming and live entertainment in the evenings within the unique outside theater stage and special event venue at Spring Mountain Ranch State Park. The successful Concessionaire should meet the conditions described in the RFP, including providing a program schedule that contributes to the culture and economy of Nevada, providing Parks a minimum rent or fee for each use, and providing evidence of sound financial condition to fund programs, staffing, maintenance, and State fees. Key aspects of the project include: • Providing high-quality programs for the public and maximizing revenue and publicity for the Nevada State Park system • Working in partnership with Parks through advertising and promotion of the Nevada State Park System • Maintaining the area as detailed in an approved Concession Operations and Maintenance Plan • Providing for maintenance and operating costs for the area • Ensuring compliance with all mandatory minimum requirements, including Nevada Law and State indemnity, no boycott of Israel, and vendor registration on nevadaepro.com
