Carver-Hawkeye Video Walls

The University of Iowa is seeking a supplier to provide a video display solution for the Carver-Hawkeye Arena. The solution should include two large-format direct-view LED display systems, one for the main basketball operations office and one for the men's basketball locker room. The systems should be able to support various operational objectives, such as presentation of dynamic recruiting content, playback of game film and coaching analysis content, and integration with content playback servers and coaching analysis systems. The supplier should also provide a centralized control architecture to provide flexible and intuitive system operation. The project timeline is expected to be completed by September 5, 2026, prior to the first football game of the 2026/2027 season. • The supplier should provide a detailed description of their core competencies, including the name of its owner(s) and/or principal officer(s), the date of origin and/or incorporation, and the length of time the company has been providing similar products/services. • The supplier should provide audited financial statements and annual reports for the previous two years. • The supplier should provide three references for which they have provided similar services, including the business or institution's name and address, as well as the contact's name, telephone number, and email address. • The supplier should describe their customer service capabilities, including hours of availability, average wait time, customer satisfaction, escalation process, and availability for holidays and off hours. • The supplier should describe their sustainability efforts and how they contribute to environmentally sustainable practices.
