Ambulance Remount

The Arkansas Fire Training Academy (AFTA) seeks a qualified contractor to provide a complete remount and refurbishment of a new Type III ambulance chassis and modular body, delivering a fully equipped, road‑ready medical transport vehicle. The scope includes supplying a new 2023‑or‑newer 4×2 dual‑wheel cut‑away chassis (Ford or equal), extensive interior and exterior upgrades, complete electrical rewiring, lighting, sirens, HVAC, cabinets, seating, and a full paint job, plus on‑site training for academy staff. The contractor must also furnish warranties, maintain a service/repair capability, and comply with numerous state non‑discrimination and boycott certifications. • Provide a new chassis (Ford or equivalent) with VIN and OEM prep package. • Perform full disassembly, inspection, repair, re‑mounting, and refurbishment of the ambulance module per detailed specifications (electrical, lighting, interior, exterior). • Deliver the completed vehicle FOB destination to AFTA, include on‑site training, and supply warranties (minimum 12‑month on interior cabinets). • Submit a sealed bid by March 13 2024, 3:30 pm CT; questions due by March 8 2024. • Comply with EO‑98‑04 disclosure, illegal‑immigrant, Israel‑boycott, and other Arkansas procurement certifications.
