DCR 899 Facility Equipment Repair & Maintenance Services

The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is soliciting bidders for repair and maintenance services for the Department’s unique/specialty facility equipment. Examples include facility equipment such as boats/vessels, snowmobiles, bicycles, hydraulic lifts, and more. This procurement also includes equipment towing services and seeks to contract with vendors who can provide safety and operational training on the safe operation of specialty facility equipment. The contract will be a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with multiple vendors, and the estimated annual value is approximately $200,000 per year. • The contract duration is 5 years, with the option for renewal. • The procurement is open to all businesses, but the Department intends to evaluate bid responses from and award a contract to a Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) participating business. • Bidders must submit responses that meet all the submission requirements, including any items outlined in Section 3 of the RFR. • The evaluation criteria include vendor ability to provide the services, number of years in business, geographic area serviced, pricing/rates, and more.
