Barricading Empty Buildings - Commercial

The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified contractor to provide barricade installation, removal, inspection, and related security services for vacant commercial buildings throughout the city. Work includes supplying and installing temporary or permanent barricades, chain‑link fencing when directed, and associated tasks such as lock and hasp installation, door replacement, weed/litter removal, and emergency call‑out response. The contractor must be capable of 24/7 emergency response (2‑hour onsite for emergencies) and must meet strict material and construction specifications outlined in the solicitation.
