Description
GSA is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance and related services for four federal facilities located in Columbus and Dayton, Ohio. The contract is an IDIQ with a one‑year base period beginning approximately March 1 2027 and up to four one‑year options, allowing up to five years of work. The scope includes routine preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, emergency call‑back service, overtime work, and all required testing/inspection per ASME A17.1/A18.1. The contractor must submit monthly bundled rates that cover standard service, emergency response, and overtime, as well as hourly rates for any additional services. A mandatory pre‑quotation conference and site‑walk are scheduled for 26‑27 Oct 2026, and an attendance form must be returned by 23 Oct 2026.
