The US Navy is seeking a contractor to conduct on-site hydrostatic testing, inspection, and recertification of 84 SCOTT 3M Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) bottles at the Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT. The contractor must be a SCOTT 3M certified vendor and have the ability to gain access to the submarine base. The contract will be a firm fixed price award, and the contractor must provide a certificate of compliance. • The contractor must conduct hydrostatic testing, inspection, and recertification of 84 SCBA bottles • The contractor must be a SCOTT 3M certified vendor • The contractor must have the ability to gain access to the Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT • The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance • The contractor must remove protective covering on each SCBA bottle to support testing and reinstall the covering post-test
