The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to execute the Garage Suicide Prevention project at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System VA Medical Center in Nashville, TN. The scope includes complete demolition and new construction of the garage area, installation of a fall‑deterrent system and lighting, and associated civil, architectural, electrical, low‑voltage, and industrial‑hygiene work. The contract is a 100 % SDVOSB set‑aside, with a projected value of $2 M‑$5 M, and must be completed within 180 calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
