2026-2028 Teton County Fair Rodeo Stock Contract

Teton County is seeking a qualified Rodeo Stock Contractor to provide professional rodeo stock and production services for the annual Teton County Fair Rodeo. The contractor will be responsible for supplying livestock, personnel, and production support necessary to conduct a safe and well-organized rodeo event. The contract term is for an initial one-year term with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary stock, labor, judges, timers, announcers, pickup men, and chute help for the event. Some key points to consider: • The rodeo will take place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the Teton County Fairgrounds Rodeo Arena in Jackson, WY. • The contractor will be responsible for paying designated judges, timers, announcers, pickup men, and chute help. • The contractor must provide a contestant waiver to be reviewed by the Teton County Attorney’s Office and provided one-month prior to the event. • All rodeo staff must wear western attire, including a western button-down shirt, western jeans, a cowboy hat, and cowboy boots.
