Description:
The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) is seeking a qualified full-service marketing and communications firm to support traffic safety and public awareness campaigns. The selected firm will provide expert project management, media strategy, advertising, digital engagement, creative design, public relations, training, and campaign evaluation. The contract will be for a period of five years with a two-year option period. The MVA/MHSO will provide the goals of each project, and the contractor will recommend how to optimize those goals. The contractor will also conduct, evaluate, and document the results of campaigns and programs.
