RFP for Registered Accessibility Specialist

The Texas Facilities Commission is seeking a Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS) to provide services for TFC projects. The selected RAS will be responsible for registering qualifying projects with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), conducting plan reviews and site inspections, and filing variances when required. The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The RAS will be required to provide documentation, including a contractor's qualifications form, proposed methodology, and compensation and fees.
