Statutory Exam of CarelonRx, Inc.

The Offices of the Insurance Commissioner in West Virginia are seeking a vendor to perform statutory and market conduct examinations of pharmacy benefit managers, specifically CarelonRx, Inc. The examination will be conducted in compliance with W. Va. Code 33-2-9 and in accordance with the Pharmacy Benefit Managers Act and the Health Benefit Plan Network Access and Adequacy Act. The scope of work includes performing financial accounting services. • The vendor will be required to comply with all terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. • The vendor will be required to provide financial accounting services. • The vendor will be required to perform statutory and market conduct examinations of pharmacy benefit managers. • The vendor will be required to comply with W.
