INSURANCE BROKER: DENTAL, VISION, HSA, LIFE, SUPPLEMENT LIFE AND DISABILITY

The City of Miami Gardens is seeking a qualified, experienced firm to provide insurance brokerage services for Group Employee Benefits services, including Dental, Vision, HSA, Life, Supplement Life, and disability. The selected firm must be licensed to practice in the State of Florida and have experience marketing, negotiating, and placing insurance for large employers and municipal governments. Services shall include review, analysis, recommendation, and placement of insurance for the City's Group Employee Benefits Program. • The firm must be qualified pursuant to Florida law. • The firm must be currently licensed to practice in the State of Florida by the Department of Insurance. • The firm must have experience servicing employee benefits needs for municipal governments. • The firm must be able to provide insurance brokerage services for all medical and ancillary lines.
