ON-CALL ARCHITECTURAL AND CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES

The City of Portland, Portland Water Bureau, is seeking proposals for architectural and civil engineering professional services on an as-needed basis. These as-needed services are referred to as “price agreements,” and generally include work with short deadlines, scopes that may need to be developed quickly, and/or requiring expertise currently unavailable in-house. Task Orders will be issued to successful Proposer(s) under these price agreements as individual project needs are identified. The services requested under these price agreements will be small to medium in scope, with projects ranging from a few hundred dollars up to $250,000. The City may award multiple price agreements per service category, with a maximum of two price agreements for the architectural and civil engineering services category. The maximum price agreement amount for the three-year period is $1,000,000. • The City is seeking Proposers with demonstrated experience in architectural and civil engineering services. • The Proposer must be able to perform work on an as-needed basis, with short deadlines and quickly developed scopes. • The Proposer must be able to provide expertise currently unavailable in-house. • The Proposer must be able to work on small to medium-sized projects, with budgets ranging from a few hundred dollars to $250,000. • The Proposer must be able to comply with the City's corporate responsibility and social equity contracting policies. • The Proposer must be able to provide deliverables and meet schedules as outlined in the Task Order.
