Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Maintenance for DLA Disposition Services Grafenwoehr Germany

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services is seeking a contractor to provide Material Handling Equipment (MHE) maintenance services at their location in Grafenwoehr, Germany. The contractor will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various pieces of MHE, including forklifts and front-end loaders. The contract will be for a period of one year, with two optional 12-month extensions. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the maintenance services. The contractor will also be required to provide a weekly status update on any pending or open repair actions. Key aspects of the job include: • Performing preventive maintenance services, including annual load tests and inspections • Performing corrective maintenance services, including repairs and replacements of parts • Providing a weekly status update on pending or open repair actions • Ensuring all work is done in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) specifications • Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Maintaining an adequate workforce to perform the required services • Ensuring that all contractor employees comply with installation access and security policies and procedures.
