Tandem Truck Beds

The West Virginia Parkways Authority (WVPA) is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of three new Tandem Beds and one new Swing Gate Tandem Bed. The beds must meet specific requirements, including a minimum dump body capacity of 14 cu. yd. water level, a front body bulkhead with a minimum thickness of 3/16” or 1/4”, and a rear corner post with integral rubber seal track. The beds must also be equipped with features such as air-operated tailgate latches, OSHA compliant back-up alarms, and weather/shock resistant LED lights. • The contract items must be delivered within 120 working days after receiving a purchase order. • Vendors must provide detailed specification sheets, estimated delivery timeframe, warranty documentation, and signed agency terms and conditions. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost. • The vendor shall accept payment in accordance with the payment procedures of the State of West Virginia.
