RFP#26-06 Lease of Land to Install and Operate Wireless Service Tower and Communication Fac

The Town of Norwell invites sealed proposals for the construction and operation of a telecommunications tower and related equipment at the Grove Street Well Field, Norwell, Massachusetts. The proposal must include the lease of land to install and operate wireless service towers and communication facilities. The town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and award to multiple vendors. • The proposal must be received no later than June 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM. • A site visit will be held on May 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Property entrance (133b Grove Street). • The contract with the chosen vendor must be approved by the Board of Assessor's and the Select Board.
