WAYFINDING & SIGNAGE SYSTEM FOR LEEWARD COMMUNITY COLLEGE

The University of Hawaii is seeking a contractor to provide a wayfinding and signage system for Leeward Community College. The system should improve navigation, accessibility, and user experience for students, staff, visitors, and emergency services. The contractor will be responsible for designing, procuring, and overseeing the installation of the signage system. The project will be completed in five phases: assessment and planning, wayfinding system design, visual design system, procurement support and installation oversight, and documentation and closeout. • The contractor must have experience in designing and overseeing the fabrication and installation of wayfinding and signage systems. • The contractor must provide a detailed project schedule and timeline. • The contractor must identify all personnel and entities involved in the project. • The contractor must demonstrate compliance with all applicable requirements, including ADA standards and accessibility requirements. • The contractor must provide a detailed cost breakdown organized by phase. • The contractor must provide at least three professional references for projects involving wayfinding systems, signage programs, environmental graphics, or brand identity development.
