Wayne State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive new‑hire relocation services—including household moves and specialized laboratory equipment moves—for approximately 12‑15 new employees each year. The contract will run for three years beginning in October 2025, with optional one‑year extensions. Vendors must be able to submit firm, not‑to‑exceed rates, carry zero‑deductible insurance, and maintain a Michigan‑based presence.
