RFQ for SOQ Community Corrections Center Housing Unit Project

The City of North Las Vegas, Engineering Division, is seeking professional design services for the Community Corrections Center Housing Unit Project. The selected firm will be required to provide design services in accordance with the City's instructions and use the City's Professional Services Agreement. The consulting firm must have a Nevada registered Architect, Engineer, or Surveyor as a principal. • The project involves the design of a housing unit for the Community Corrections Center. • The City is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages women-owned and minority business enterprises to submit. • The Statement of Qualifications must be submitted in sealed envelopes and received by Robert Huggins, P.E. by 4:30 PM on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. • Failure to comply with the instructions may result in disqualification of the consulting firm.
