Description:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish an agency contract for one year with 9-1 year renewal options with a qualified supplier who will provide Digital Media Assets and Campus Safety Devices to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University. The selected Offeror will provide a comprehensive turnkey program to acquire, install, operate, sell advertising for, and maintain digital media advertising assets and campus safety technology devices. The anticipated business structure is a revenue share concession agreement under which the selected Offeror will recover its capital and operating costs through the sale of advertising and will remit to GSU a percentage of Net Sign Revenue.
