El Paso County is seeking a qualified food‑service contractor to prepare, package, and deliver approximately 4,000 nutritious no‑on‑time meals each day to senior and disabled residents through both congregate sites and home‑delivery routes. The vendor will operate out of a county‑owned commercial kitchen, comply with federal, state, and local nutrition standards (Older Americans Act, FDA Food Code, Texas Administrative Code), and manage a fleet of county‑provided cargo vans (with possible additional vehicles). The contract is for an initial two‑year term with three optional two‑year renewals (maximum eight years).
