Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $3,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose the contract value. Based on typical unit costs for curb/sidewalk construction ($150‑$250 per linear foot), roadway signage ($2,000‑$5,000 each), and solar‑powered beacon systems ($8,000‑$12,000 each), and assuming roughly 2,500 linear feet of curb/sidewalk plus 10 beacons and associated signage across the five intersections, the total bid could fall between $1.5 million and $3 million. Larger contingencies for site‑specific conditions, mobilization, and bonding requirements could push the high end toward $3.5 million. Therefore a reasonable estimate is $1.5 M – $3 M.
