ARCHITECT & ENGINEERING SERVICES

The United States Property and Fiscal Office-Alabama (USPFO-AL) is seeking Architect and Engineering services to provide multi-disciplinary engineering services for fully designed projects throughout the state of Alabama. The selected firm will be required to provide a range of services including evaluation, planning, design of buildings and structures, and associated equipment and utilities. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a total contract period not exceeding five years and a total value not exceeding $50,000,000. • The A-E firm must be capable of responding to and working on multiple task orders concurrently. • The A-E firm will be required to provide a range of services including evaluation, planning, design of buildings and structures, and associated equipment and utilities. • The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a total contract period not exceeding five years and a total value not exceeding $50,000,000. • The A-E firm will be required to provide a Quality Control Plan, design analysis, and other supporting documents. • The A-E firm will be required to perform site visits during the Concept and Preliminary Design Phases.
