The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VISN 7 is conducting a market‑research Sources Sought/RFI to identify qualified contractors capable of supplying blood, blood‑related products, and associated testing services to VA medical facilities in Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina. The eventual contract will be a five‑year, firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ with a 24/7 service requirement, covering routine, ASAP, and STAT deliveries, donor‑drive support, laboratory testing, and value‑added consultative/educational services. Respondents must provide company information, size‑standard classification, capability statements, and relevant experience.
