The VA VISN 19 seeks a sole‑source firm (AudioCARE or an authorized partner) to provide licensing, maintenance, and full‑service support for the AudioCARE suite (AudioPrefill, AudioCommunicator, TM‑Prefill, TM‑Communicator, ACS‑TM‑Base SMS) across multiple VA health‑care facilities in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and Oklahoma. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, five‑year (base year plus four one‑year ordering options), requiring software licences, remote and on‑site technical support, regular patch updates, security incident reporting, and annual training certification. Delivery must occur within 30 calendar days of award, with support available during standard business hours (8 AM–5 PM EST).
