Description
The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission is seeking pre-qualification responses from recognized insurance companies interested in submitting lifetime annuity bids. The commission is looking for firms to provide annuity bids for two grand prizes awarded for "$25,000 a Year for Life" and "Lucky for Life Second Tier Prize". The successful bidder will be chosen based on the lowest bid, and payment for the life premiums will be made to the winning firm's bank via EFT within ten business days following the award.
• The bid proposal must include a cost for the individual premium and be signed by an authorized representative of the firm.
• Bids must be sealed in an envelope and received at Lottery Headquarters by 2:00 p.m. on the deadline date.
• Envelopes containing the bids must be clearly marked with the bid number and title.
• The Lottery reserves the right to withdraw this request for bids at any time.
