Highway 30 Project – Goose Lake Area

The County of Carver is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide full preliminary and final design services for a ~3.9‑mile section of County State‑Aid Highway 30 between TH 25 and CSAH 10. The scope includes geometric design, shoulder widening, pavement rehabilitation, geotechnical and environmental investigations, storm‑water management, utility coordination, public outreach, and construction‑bidding support. The consultant must hold Minnesota PE and/or PLS licenses, deliver all work in approved electronic formats, and comply with extensive state and local regulations, including water‑resource permitting and accessibility standards.
