The City of Phoenix is seeking a contractor to provide environmental lab services, including testing and analysis of water, wastewater, and hazardous materials. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of 7 years, with no options to extend. The city is looking for a contractor that can provide high-quality services, meet regulatory requirements, and demonstrate a strong track record of performance. Some of the key services that will be required include: * Testing for organics, radioactive chemicals, general chemistry, metals, and microbiology * Analysis of drinking water, wastewater, and hazardous materials * Provision of laboratory equipment and supplies * Performance of quality control and quality assurance procedures * Compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements * Provision of reports and data to the city in a timely and accurate manner. The city will evaluate proposals based on factors such as technical capability, experience, and price. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the selected contractor.
