BID NOTICE: STRUCTURE AUCTION

The City of Minot is requesting sealed bids for structures, including homes, that were purchased by the City within the footprint of the flood control project. The structures will be sold as-is, with no guarantee or warranty to their condition or soundness. Bidders must include a five percent bid bond in a separate envelope attached to the bid envelope. A performance bond of $15,000 is required for homes, garages, and commercial structures to be moved. The structures must be removed and relocated outside the 2011 flood inundation area at the winning bidder's expense. • The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • Bids will be opened on Tuesday, August 4th, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the Finance Conference Room #235 at City Hall. • Questions should be addressed to City of Minot Property Maintenance Superintendent at 701-857-4140. • The City of Minot promotes fair housing and makes all programs available regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap.
